GV3000

This device is a part of the Reliance Electric Ltd. series of products in our inventory here at AX Control Inc. These units are all in stock as reconditioned materials originally manufactured by the electromechanical division of Reliance Electric. This unit is an AC PWM, or Pulse Width Modulation, drive. These devices were built to properly alter and regulate vector frequencies and general purpose regulation.

The GV3000 model is able to provide industrial settings with a series of high dynamic responses, and are able to maintain the fully rated motor torque to zero speed. The precise control over the motor speed is able to function in both directions. The GV3000 model is able to provide the motor functionality with either the encoder feedback, with the flux vector control capabilities (or, FVC), or without the feedback, which is sensorless vector control (or, SVC).

The GV3000 model is designed to be utilized for a series of general purpose regulations, mainly V/Hz regulations. These applications require adjustable speed control for the motor.

The GV3000 drive is outfitted with several physical components, such as the unit’s fan modules, an internal and external pair, a membrane switch, and a printed regulator circuit board. The base board for these units is a PISC board. Also included in the internal frame is the bus capacitor. Externally, there is the graphic information display to provide information for the user.

The GV3000 is covered by the protective, comprehensive warranty from AX Control Inc. This warranty coverage lasts for up to 3 years. It provides protection from both accidental damages and the product’s natural wearing down.
