The GV3000 line of products was developed by Reliance Electric Limited, and was produced and manufactured by their electromechanical production line. The GV3000 series was developed as a unit with several motor functions and capabilities. These units were designed primarily for the control of low-voltage motors.
The GV3000-AC085 unit is a pulse width modulation motor control drive that offers motor regulation for vector and scalar applications. The vector regulations include two different settings of control. The FVC setting, or flux vector control setting, enables the motor capabilities with encoder feedback, and then the SVC, or sensorless vector control setting, enables the motor capabilities without the encoder feedback signals.
The GV3000-AC085 is designed with the standard GV3000 operational features and specifications. This unit is designed with an operational temperature range of 0 to 40 degrees C, which is standard for the majority of Reliance Electric products. The storage temperature range of the GV3000-AC085 is negative 40 to 65 degrees C.
This unit is outfitted with a 1.0 service factor, and a speed adjustment range from 0 RPM to the motor’s maximum speed. While the unit is set up with a vector regulation, the speed has a regulation leeway from 0.01% (FVC) and 0.5% (SVC).
