About the GV3000E-AC210-AA-DBT-RFX
The GV3000E-AC210-AA-DBT-RFX is a 100-125 HP GV3000/SE Drive. It was initially created by Reliance Electric and probably sold by Baldor Reliance or ABB during its production years. It has been discontinued by all of these manufacturers and may be a little hard to find now. AX Control attempts to keep the GV3000E-AC210-AA-DBT-RFX in stock.
The GV3000E-AC210-AA-DBT-RFX comes with a built-in HF filter and a DC-Bus terminal. It is a GV3000E type AC240 drive with the code AA-DBT-RFX. It has an input of 380-460 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 240 A, and is 3-phase. It has an output of 380-460 VAC, 0-200 Hz, V/Hz 240 amps @ 2 kHz, and vector regulated 152 A @ 2 kHz. It has a 10 kiloamp short circuit rating. It is 465 mm wide x 1475 mm tall, 355 mm thick and is 140 kg.
The GV3000E-AC210-AA-DBT-RFX is protected by an IP20 enclosure that also satisfies NEMA 1 rating standards for UL/cUL. This enclosure is meant for indoor applications and should be kept from dust, liquids, and combustible or corrosive gas. There are air slits on the edge of the front and side panels of the enclosure that help with air circulation in the internal components. On the bottom of the drive are two external fan assemblies that force air to the internal components. There is also a small door just below the keypad on the faceplate that is typically used to access the RS-232 female port located on the drive’s regulator card. The keypad on the faceplate has 9 keys, 14 LED status indicators, and a 4-digit 7-segment LED that is also located on the regulator card.
