6V41-011TA is a GV6000 AC Drive that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. The nominal duty horsepower is 7.5, the continuous amps are 11, and the frame is 0. This drive has a 460 VAC input and is enclosed in a NEMA 1 enclosure. A braking transistor comes standard on this unit. The I/O is 24 VDC. For all drives, intermittent voltage spikes in excess of 6000 volts occur on the power source. These spikes may be caused by lightning strikes or by other equipment on the line. The power source also has frequent interruptions. Do not touch DC bus capacitors until 5 minutes after input power has been disconnected, because it takes 5 minutes for the DC bus capacitors to completely discharge. When mounting the drives, the area behind each drive must be kept clear of all control and power wiring.
Communications options on the drive include the DeviceNet Communication Module, the Profibus Communication Module, the Interbus Communication Module, the ControlNet Communication Module, the Ethernet/IP Communication Module, the Modbus Communication Module, and the RS-485 DF1 Communication Module. The operator interface options include the standard OIM, the full numeric OIM, the remote mounted NEMA 4 OIM, the blank OIM, and the remote mounted NEMA 1 OIM Bezel kit. The regulator and encoder board options are the 24 VDC input regulator board, the 115 VAC input regulator board, and the encoder board. The V*S Utilities and Pro software allows the user to configure drive parameters via a PC.
