About the 6V41-096TA
6V41-096TA is a GV6000 AC Drive that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. The nominal duty horsepower is 75, the continuous amps are 96, and the frame is 5. The dimensions of frame 5 are 308.9 mm x 644.5 mm x 275.4 mm x 225 mm x 625 mm. This drive has a 460 VAC input and is enclosed in a NEMA 1 enclosure. There is no braking transistor on this unit. The I/O is 24 VDC.
There are a number of faults on the drive. Fault number 13 is a ground fault, which means that a current path to the earth ground is greater than 25% of the drive rating. To fix this fault, check the motor and external wiring to the drive output terminals for a grounded condition. Fault number 15 is a load loss fault that can be corrected by verifying motor and load connections, as well as by verifying level and time requirements. Fault number 16 is a motor thermistor fault, which means that the thermistor output on the drive is out of range and that the thermistor must be reconnected. The motor may be overheated and the load may need to be reduced. Fault number 17 is an input phase loss fault, which means that the DC bus ripple has exceeded a preset level and can be fixed by checking incoming power for a missing phase or a blown fuse. Fault number 18 is a hardware PTC fault, which means that the motor PTC sensor is over the specified temperature. Fix this fault by verifying the proper PTC connection, or reducing the load on the motor if the motor is overheated. Fault number 20 is a TorqProv speed band fault. Check the release of the mechanical brake, as well as the wiring between the motor and the drive. Fault number 21 is an output phase loss fault, which means that current in one or more phases has been lost or is below a preset level. To correct this fault, the user must check the motor and drive wiring for phase to phase continuity.
