Fault number 87 is an IXo voltage range fault, which means that the volts calculated for the motor inductive impedance exceeds 25% of the motor np voltage. This fault can be corrected by checking for proper motor sizing and programming. Additional output impedance may be required. Fault number 88 and 89 are software faults. Fault number 90 is an encoder quad error fault, which means that within one clock cycle, both encoder channels changed state. Check for externally induced noise or replace the encoder. Fault number 91 is an encoder loss fault, which means that an encoder channel signal is missing. To correct this fault, check the wiring or replace the encoder. Faults can also be manually cleared via the local OIM, over a network via an attached PC, or with a clear fault command.
