About the 6VJ1-248NA
6VJ1-248NA is a GV6000 AC Drive that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. The continuous amps are 248. This drive has a 650 VDC input (without a pre-charge) and is enclosed in a NEMA 1 enclosure. There is no braking transistor on this unit. The I/O is 24 VDC.
When the drive does not start from Start, Run, or Jog inputs wired to the terminal block, this may be indicated a number of ways. If the READY LED is flashing red, the drive is faulted. The faults may be cleared by pressing stop, cycling drive power, setting parameter 240 (Fault Clear) to 1, or choosing “Clear Faults” on the OIM diagnostic menu. If there is an incorrect operation from the terminal block, there may be incorrect input wiring. If this is the case, wire the inputs correctly and/or install a jumper. There may be incorrect digital input programming, which can be corrected by correcting the inputs. Incorrect digital input programming may also be indicated by a flashing yellow READY LED.
When the drive does not start or jog from the OIM, this may be indicated a number of ways. If there is no indication, the drive is programmed for 2-wire control, but the OIM is not programmed for 2-wire control, but the OIM is not programmed for 2-wire control. Wire the drive and the OIM correctly. If the READY LED is steady or flashing red, there is an active fault that needs to be reset. If the READY LED is flashing yellow, either start inhibit bits are set, the enable input is open, or the terminal block stop input is open and the control source is et to All Ports. To correct this fault, close the stop input or the enable input, or check the Start Inhibits status.
