About the 3HI2000
The 3HI2000 module was designed and manufactured by Reliance Electric to be included in the HR2000 series of high performance drives. The 3HI2000 interface kit has been discontinued by the manufacturer, but AX Control may have the product in either refurbished or brand new condition. The 3HI2000 module is designed to enable the HR2000 drive to have access to the Dancer Position Regulator Kit (14C233), the Dancer Follower Kit (14C230), the Voltage/Tach Generator Follower Kit (14C223), and the Instrument Interface/Preset Kit (14C222). The 3HI2000 module is an optional device that will be externally mounted onto the panel of the HR2000. The 3HI2000 module possesses a cable that is designed to plug directly into the 2CN connector.
The 3HI2000 interface kit gets rid of the necessity of the sequencing terminal board cable that normally is in charge of accessing of the 2CN connections through the pull apart screw terminal boards. The 3HI2000 kit additionally includes a 24 V control power supply and a 100 mA capacity to power any of the kits that are listed above. The 3HI2000 interface kit needs 230 VAC of power in order for proper operation to occur.
