About the 3RA2002
Reliance Electric manufactures 3RA2002, an HR2000 series drive controller. The stall torque is 29 lb-in. The speed is 3000 rpm. The friction is 0.30 lb-in. The damping is 0.30 lb-in/kpm. The thermal resistance is 0.79°C/watt. The motor weight is 15.5 lbs. The motor frame is S-4030.
Do not store the drive for more than 5 months without contacting Reliance Electric. Store the drive in its original packaging in a clean, dry place, indoors. Do not allow ambient storage temperatures to rise above 65 degrees celsius or fall below -40 degrees celsius. The non-condensing relative humidity must stay between 5 and 95%. Keep the equipment away from a corrosive atmosphere, construction areas, and dusty environments. The controller is complete with many LEDs. When the POWER LED is red, three-phase input power is present and the D-C bus voltage is greater than 50 VDC. When the BBK LED is red, the output transistor’s base driver is disabled. When the COM LED is red, there is a serial communications error. When the CPU LED is red, there is a malfunction in the central processing unit. When the SFB LED is red, there is an overspeed malfunction of an encoder failure. When the OL LED is red, there is an inverse time overload trip. When the UV LED is red, there is a D-C bus undervoltage error. When the POS LED is red, there is a position counter overflow in the position regulator. When the OH LED is red, the drive is over temperature. When the OC LED is red, there is an output overcurrent. When the PL LED is red, a phase loss or ground fault condition exists.
