About the B14H1050
The motor B14H1050 is manufactured by Reliance Electric as part of the HR2000 drive series. The horsepower is 1, the continuous torque rating is 31.5 in-lbs, the base speed is 2000 rpm, and the inertia is 0.012 lb. in s^2. The associated chassis controller is 3RA2001. The flange mounting is 140TC with feet. This motor is enclosed in a TENV enclosure.
Do not couple the HR2000 motor to the load or driven machine until instructed to do so in the “Setup Parameters” section of the user instruction manual. Wiring the cabinet provides power to the motor. The cabinet includes a 5-15 HP motor fan. When the drive is running in Auto mode, the drive will respond to a feed initiate signal and rotate the motor shaft as defined by the input variables. The JOG FORWARD and JOG REVERSE commands in Manual Mode jog the motor in the forward or reverse direction, respectively.
The drive is the HR2000 motor and controller combined into one system. The motor features rare earth magnets, an MS encoder mating connector, a Class F insulation, C-Face mounting with feet, a thermally isolated optical 2500 PPR encoder, a TEAO-BC enclosure, and a six-pole design. S/Z, or Speed/Torque mode, illuminates on the controller when the motor speed is less than the desired minimum speed. The PG switch on the controller regulates the motor/encoder. The speed at connector 2CN is 0 to 5.5 VDC analog output proportional to the output current on pins 9, 19-25 (0V), with 1 mA maximum loading.
