This module is a unit within the HR2000 series of high performance, fast response AC Controller modules. This series was designed, manufactured, and produced by Reliance Electric Ltd, in conjunction with Baldor Electric Company (now known as ABB).
This unit is designated as the B14H1076, and is outfitted with a three phase 208 to 230 V/AC operational mode. The frequency input range for this unit is a standard 50 to 60 hertz.
The B14H1076 has a regulator capability to provide speed, torque current, and motor position regulation, completely adjustable by the operator on site. The precise speed control ranges from base speed of the motor down to zero speed. The base speed of this unit is 2000 RPM.
The B14H1076 is rated with line to line and line to ground output protection, to prevent it from short circuiting. There is also a buffered encoder output, and a serial pulse conditioning command.
This module is outfitted with a standard set of diagnostic LED lights to indicate its status. There are several options available: Run, Base Driver Disable, Communication Error, CPU Malfunction, Overspeed, Inverse Time Overload, Undervoltage, Phase Loss or Ground Fault, and several others.
