About the CBRU-1-12
The CBR-1-12 is a Reliance Electric designed Circuit Breaker Kit. This kit might have been mass-produced by ASEA BROWN BOVERI and/or Baldor Reliance depending on the year it was initially released. This kit has also been known under the product number 3CB2020. This kit was discontinued by the manufacturers and is deemed to be obsolete.
The CBR-1-12 is a part of an Input Disconnect kit that was designed for the HR2000 servo application series. This kit has an HP of 3 and an amp rating of 20. This kit’s main function is to provide the ability to disconnect power to the controller. It will do this as it detects a high surge in voltage or an irregular surge in voltage. This kit can be connected directly to the top of the controller. The CBR-1-12 has a single black trip switch in the center of its faceplate. This switch can be manually tripped when needed or it can be manually reset after the circuit breaker has been automatically tripped.
