The BLJC-02 is a 400W HR500 Converter created by Reliance Electric. This product was also released by ASEA BROWN BOVERI, Baldor Reliance, and Allen Bradley under the part number 5RD0400. Depending on what year the product was manufactured determines which company manufactured the 5RD0400. It was created for the HR500 series of servo applications.
The BLJC-02 is a Brushless AC Servo, 5RD0400. It has an AC Input of 1-3PH, 50-60 Hz, and 3 amps. It has a DC output of 254-358 volts. The short circuit system rating is 5k amps. This system has a 230 VAC 1-phase power rating of 200 watts and a 230VAC 3-phase power rating of 400 watts. This model does not come with a snubber.
The BLJC-02 has many standard drive features including diagnostic LED indicators, analog outputs, selectable encoder power supply voltage, and remote fault contact. Available options for this drive include, but are not limited to, prewired encoder cables and an exercise module.
