6MDAN-5P0102 is a 200-240 VAC 1-phase input, 0-230 V 3-phase output MD65 drive that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. This drive outputs 0.75 kW (1.0 HP) and 5.0 amps. The input voltage range is 180-265, the input kVA is 2.45, and the input amps are 12.0. The branch circuit protection is 20 for the fuses and 20 for the circuit breaker. The power dissipation is 55 watts. The operating conditions for the drive are important for maintaining drive ratings and prolonging the life of the drive. Avoid dust and metallic particles in order to protect the cooling fan. Keep the drive away from moisture, direct sunlight, and corrosive atmospheres.

There are two frame sizes for the MD65 drive: frame B and frame C. The dimensions of frame B are 3.94 in x 7.09 in x 5.35 in x 3.43 in x 6.61 in x 3.44 in. The dimensions of frame C are 5.1 in x 10.2 in x 7.1 in x 4.57 in x 9.7 in. Frame C does not have DIN rail mounting. In order to mount the B frame drive, use size M4 (#8-32) screws with 14-17 in-lb screw torque. In order to mount the C frame drive, use size M5 (#10-24) screws with 22-26 in-lb screw torque. Install a plastic top panel over the drive vent to prevent debris from falling through the vent. Remove the panel for IP20/open type applications.
