6MDAN-8P0102 is a 200-240 VAC 1-phase input, 0-230 V 3-phase output MD65 drive that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. This drive outputs 1.5 kW (2.0 HP) and 8.0 amps. The input voltage range is 180-265, the input kVA is 4.0, and the input amps are 18.0. The branch circuit protection is 30 for the fuses and 30 for the circuit breaker. The power dissipation is 80 watts. The drive includes an integral keypad for local drive control. Components of the drive’s integral keypad include the RUN LED, the FWD and REV LEDs, the VOLTS, AMPS, and HERTZ LEDs, the PROGRAM LED, the FAULT LED, the potentiometer status LED, the PROG key, the UP and DOWN arrow keys, the Enter key, the drive speed potentiometer, the Start Key, the Stop key, and the reverse key.

Before installation can be competed and power can be applied to the drive, the installation must be checked by the user. All inputs must be connected to the correct terminals, AC line power must be within the rated value of the drive, external digital control power must be 24 VDC, and the Sink (SNK)/Source (SRC) Setup DIP Switch must be set to match the control wiring scheme. Apply control voltages and AC power to the drive in order to verify correct installation and line voltage. No programming is required to start, stop, change direction, and control speed directly from the integral keypad. Troubleshoot the drive if a fault code appears on power up.
