6MDBN-024102 is a 200-240 VAC 3-phase input, 0-230 V 3-phase output MD65 drive that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. This drive outputs 5.5 kW (7.5 HP) and 24.0 amps. The input voltage range is 180-265, the input kVA is 11.8, and the input amps are 26.1. The branch circuit protection is 40 for the fuses and 40 for the circuit breaker. The power dissipation is 226 watts. Drive faults may be manually corrected by first correcting the condition that caused the fault. Then, a number of actions can be taken to clear the fault. Press the stop key if the stop mode parameter is a value between 0 and 3, cycle the drive power, set the fault clear parameter (A100) to 1, or cycle the digital input if the Digital In1-4 select parameter (A051-A054) is set to 7 = Clear Fault. Some faults can be automatically cleared via the Auto Restart feature, which performs a fault reset and a start attempt without requiring application or user intervention.

The drive has the capability to show a number of fault codes on the display. When there is an F2 Auxiliary Input fault, the auxiliary input interlock is open. To correct the F2 fault, check the communications programming for an intentional fault, and check the remote wiring. When there is an F3 Power Loss fault, the DC bus voltage fell below 85% of the nominal DC bus voltage. To correct the F3 fault, check the input fuses and the AC input power line.
