Product Description

The Reliance Electric Part Number 14C201 is a control station that is an extension to the Controller. For the 14C201 modification kit, there are basic features that allow for specific drive application such as a start/stop function, a POWER ON/OFF circuit breaker, a speed setting pot, a run/jog selector, and a power ON/OFF function. There is neither a torque setting selector nor an automatic/manual control switch function for this non-reversing Operator’s Control Station.

The Three Phase MinPak Plus works better when coupled with an Operator’s Control Station. The Controller retains the NEMA Type 12 rating when fitted with an Operator’s Station. The faceplates come with a bag of 8 hex nuts, so it is not necessary to get extra options or equipment.

The 14C201 modification kit can be installed at the bottom left corner of the MinPak Plus Controller that originally contains the standard blank faceplate 14C200. After removing the standard blank faceplate from the cabinet door, make sure to cut a slit at the top and bottom face of the rubber circuit breaker boot (located at the top of the faceplate) after cleaning the surface around it (located at the top section of the 14C201 control station). This allows for installation of the 2 wire harnesses through the cover cut-out. After aligning the wires, push the faceplate into place and check if it seats properly. Remember to reattach and tighten the 8 hex screw nuts removed when taking out the original standard faceplate. In-depth installation instructions can be found in the manual of the 14C201.
