Product Description

The Reliance Electric Part Number 14C203 is a modification kit for the Three Phase MinPak Plus Controller. On the 14C203 faceplate, there will be features such as a speed setting pot, a run/jog selector, a POWER ON/OFF circuit breaker, a start/stop function and an additional automatic/manual selector. The 14C203 Operator’s Control Station has all the functions of a basic faceplate plus an added automatic/manual selector. However, it does not have a torque setting pot nor a forward/reverse selector.

The MinPak Plus controller requires an Operator’s Control Station to be used to full efficiency. Installation of the faceplate means that the Controller mantains a NEMA Type 12 rating. There is no need to get extra options or equipment because the faceplates already come supplied with a bag of 8 hex nuts needed to install the 14C203 Operator’s Control Station.

Like the other modification kits for the MinPak Plus Controller, the 14C203 Operator’s Control Station is installed at the cabinet door of the Controller (which is previously installed with a blank faceplate 14C200) at the bottom left corner. After unscrewing the 8 hex nuts and washers from the blank faceplate and removing the faceplate from the cabinet door, first clean the area around the circuit breaker boot of the 14C203 Operator’s Control Station and make a slit at the top and bottom face of the rubber circuit breaker boot to allow for the two wire harnesses to be put in place at the cover cut-out.
