The Master Isolated Reference Receiver kit allows the receiving and decoding of a PWM speed reference signal from the Master Isolated Reference Transmitter to the MinPak Plus / FlexPak Plus. The Receiver Kit has a couple of printed circuit boards; which are the Switch Receiver Module and the Reference Receiver Module. These two modules are seated on the MinPak Plus / FlexPak Plus regulator Module.
The Operator Control Station AUTO / MANUAL selector switch is used to access either the local control or master reference control of the particular drive. When the selector switch is put in automatic mode, the particular drive speed potentiometer is automatically changed into a draw pot modification to allow each drive to be precisely controlled using trims. The only modification required is to adjust the Reference Receiver Module to zero set. If say the speed reference wires get disconnected, the MinPak Plus / FlexPak Plus will cease to operate.
The Master Isolated Reference controlled MinPak Plus and FlexPak Plus is convenient for non-reversing multiple conveyor drives, proportional pumps, feeder drives, web lines or other identical operations which need multiple drives to pursue the same reference signal.
