14C30 is an Enclosed D-C controller manufactured by Reliance Electric. This controller is part of the MinPak Plus series.

The heat sink is a diagonal design, so the MinPak Plus controller chassis may be mounted in one of two orientations: 1) with the side containing three conduit wells at the top, and 2) with the side containing three conduit wells at the right.
