The 45C3 unit is an Input/Output Rail Jumper Bar Kit that was made by Reliance Electric. This device is no longer undergoing production by the original manufacturer. Despite this, AX Control may still have the 45C3 jumper bar kit available in stock. Please either check our website or contact us to verify its availability in our stock.
The 45C3 jumper bar kit will mainly be utilized in such a way that allows two or more terminals to be tied together on a terminal strip. You will be able to cut the 45C3 jumper bar kit to a desired length so that it is necessary for installation into your terminal strip. Whenever you are installing the 45C3 jumper bar kit onto your terminal strip, be sure that it is being placed onto the “B” terminal on the terminal strip. The 45C3 jumper bar kit is not configured to fit onto the “A” terminal on the terminal strip and will not work properly if attempted.
If you are using the 45C3 jumper bar kit to tie the input terminals together, know that the commons are also being tied together. When they are being used with the outputs the jumper bar kit is being used to tie the supplied power side together.
Be warned that this device could cause possible high voltage shock to the operator. You must use proper safety precautions when installing the 45C3 jumper bar kit to the terminal strip and when using the terminal strip after installation. After the 45C3 jumper bar kit, be sure to place the provided warning label sticker onto the terminals strip to ensure that anyone who uses the terminal strip knows to use the terminal cover.
