The 701819-303AC is a Power Cube Rectifier created by Reliance Electric. This part could have been sold under the names Asea Brown Boveri and Baldor Reliance depending on when it was actually mass-produced.  This Power Rectifier Cube has been retired by Reliance Electric and other manufacturers. The 701819-303AC is a Power Cube that is used on ¼ to ¾ hp 115 VAC, ½ to 1-1/2hp 230 VAC, or 2 and 3 hp 230 VAC systems. This is a replacement part for a Reliance Electric MiniPak DC V*S Drive. Typically, you will need two of these per controller.

The 701819-303AC has the ability to provide adjustable DC power to the motor armature circuits. It does this by using single-phase AC power to be phase-controlled rectified. Two of these Power Cubes are needed in the larger Power Module. Each of the cubes contains 2 SCRs. The Power cube has the ability to transfer heat well. It has a small design and is easily replaced. 

 This cube is designed as a metal base under a carrier with eight stab-on connectors on its top. This component is mounted in the controller’s base using a spacer and a screw.
