The 704323-2W is a component distributed by Reliance Electric for use within their drives and their auxiliary systems.  In certain cases, the 704323-2W may have been sold under the company names of Baldor-Reliance or Asea Brown Boveri. 

The 704323-2W is a 1.7A 12/16 dual power supply.  This is sometimes marked/known as a Deltron 10153x power supply.   It is designed as a C-shaped metal carrier with an open back and open sides.  The carrier has multiple drill holes to allow for mounting components and to allow the carrier to be mounted in place. The front surface has two bipolar transistors attached above a square cutout that exposes the Deltron Inc. dual VAC power supply.  This power supply may be either 115 VAC or 230 VAC depending on wiring.   To the left of this component, a high-voltage electrolytic capacitor is mounted to the top and bottom surface of the carrier using zip ties.  These capacitors are wired to a small circuit board mounted to the inside front surface of the carrier.  The circuit board has two terminal strips, additional capacitors, resistors, integrated circuits, and other components.
