The 76624-P is an auxiliary contact assembly relay that was developed and manufactured by Reliance Electric and is compatible with their motor starters and contactors. The 76624-P auxiliary contact can be installed into a starter with ease. When installing, you will not need any tools; simply inserting the 76624-P auxiliary contact in the proper place is enough.
The Reliance Electric motor starters can hold one auxiliary contact per side, meaning four auxiliary contacts per motor starter. If you add a side mounting kit to the motor starter, you can add four more auxiliary contacts to the motor starter, effectively increasing the total amount of auxiliary contacts to eight.
The 76624-P auxiliary contact is positive drive from the main contact driver and comes with a clear side cover.
Please note that side mounted auxiliary contact modules will give the contactor it is mounted to a .5 inch increase to the width dimension of each side that it is present. Prior to the installation of an auxiliary contact module to a contactor, take the necessary steps to ensure that your contactor will be the correct size for use within your facility. In addition, any Reliance Electric contactor comes already furnished with auxiliary contact blocks, so the 76624-P auxiliary contact may be used as a replacement or as an extra.
