About the 78096-T
The 78096-T module is an auxiliary contact block that was developed by Reliance Electric to be compatible with a number of the devices that they also developed. AX Control may have the 78096-1T auxiliary contact block in stock, even though Reliance Electric no longer offers it new to their users because of their transition into what is now known as Rockwell Automation. The 78096-1T auxiliary contact block has one N.O. contact and one N.C. contact attached to it. The 78096-1T auxiliary contact block is easy to install and have a few specifications that make it perfect for use. It comes with a clear side cover and its contacts are positive driven from the main contact carrier.
When you are ready to install the 78096-1T auxiliary contact block, you can install it into either Reliance Electric contactor or motor starter. For a contactor, be sure to leave enough space for the auxiliary contact block to be added. For every auxiliary contact block that you add to a Reliance Electric contactor, an extra half an inch will be added to the width for every contactor size. For a motor starter, installation is simple and requires no tools. You can add the auxiliary contact while the motor starter is held in place simply by placing the auxiliary contact in the correct spot that will be marked clearly.
