About the 800082-2R
The 800082-2R is one of several power module assemblies available through AX Control for Reliance Electric components. While this power module has since been discontinued by Reliance, it is typically in-stock and ready to ship from our warehouse shelves. We may have the product as either used, reconditioned stock or never used surplus; let our sales team know which you prefer or if you would like quotes on both if they are currently available.
The 800082-2R is a heavy, tall device. The bottom of the unit is designed with a tophat flange that has been factory drilled to allow for mounting options. It carries several stickers to allow for identification. This unit can also be identified by Reliance code 78155-44A, which identifies one of the rectifier assemblies within the power module itself. These are connected to the unit’s base and have screw connections to allow for power dissipation.
The top of the 800082-2R is populated by a single circuit board. This is screw mounted to the top of the power module at several locations within the board’s surface. The board is marked with a grid pattern. Components are limited to stab on connectors for wiring and six transformers that are located in a single line down the center of the board.
