8036011SRR Automax DC Power Module 

The 8036011SRR is a Reliance Electric DC Power Module for an S6R drive system.  This component was also sold under manufacturing names Baldor-Reliance and ABB.  It is available from AX Control as new-used (liquidated surplus) stock and as a reconditioned unit that has been thoroughly inspected and tested by our in-house technicians.  AX Control is also happy to give you a quote for the cost to repair your current 8036011SRR component.  

The 8036011SRR has a rated input of 230/460 VAC.  The output is 240/500/VDC.  This is a 3 phase 50/60 Hz unit with an input amperage of 91 (output of 100 A.)   DC field voltage is 150/300 VDC.  Short circuit rating is 10000 A.  

The 8036011SRR includes a 0-60007-2 power supply, a 0-60021-4 PMI processor, a 0-60031-5 Resolver and Drive I/O, and a 0-60002 DC Power Technology board.  Each of these boards has its own listing on our website if you would like to know more about its internal components or its use.  Each board has a front faceplate that fits into the Power module’s external case and locks in place using two set screws.  These faceplates are populated by LED indicators and cable connectors/terminal strips that allow connections to each other or to other component parts.    Directly in front of this portion of the 8036011SRR, there is a lower panel with two double terminal strips and several other cable terminations.  The bottom front of this panel has two screw cutouts to allow for mounting of the entire panel component.
