Reliance Electric was responsible for the creation of the 86466-47T rectifier stack, which is a central part of many facilities. AX Control typically has the 86466-47T rectifier stack in stock, even though it is no longer available in the original manufacturer’s stock. 

Like all rectifiers, the 86466-47T rectifier stack’s main purpose is to take AC energy and convert it into DC energy. The rectifier stack then takes the DC energy and routes it to the device that requires it the most. This process is known as the “rectification” of the energy.

On the top of the 86466-47T rectifier stack, there are two spaces where you can hold 0-51378-25 gate coupling boards.  You can follow the link in the previous sentence to find the 0-51378-25 gate coupling board on AX Control’s website, should you need to replace only that particular part of your rectifier stack. The 0-51378-25 gate coupling board has wires which connect to a part in the middle of the 86466-47T rectifier stack. In addition to that, there is a large transformer on the 0-51378-25 gate coupling board that sticks out of the top of the rectifier stack. There are also a few diodes and resistors that make up the 0-51378-25 gate coupling board.

The 86466-47T rectifier stack is a large product that is made of metal and is therefore a very heavy device. Keep in mind, however, that any of the packaging materials that AX Control will use with the 86466-47T rectifier stack’s shipment will be an addition to the weight.
