86466-4T 600 Amp Rectifier Stack
The 86466-4T is a Reliance Electric component used in some of the company’s drive systems. It was also sold under the company names ABB and Baldor-Reliance.
The 86466-4T functions as a 600 A Rectifier Stack. This is a large component designed with a metal baseplate or foot. Several standoffs attach this foot to four individual heat sink components that are placed side by side left to right, separated only by a central metal carrier and two board components that are both mounted vertically. The unit has additional smaller board components that are mounted horizontally and are screwed to the metal frame portions of the rectifier. These boards are typically very small and populated only by a few components, such as terminal pins and/or stab-on connectors. Wired connections terminate to these connectors.
The apex of the 86466-4T component is populated by two large A50P600 fuse components. Each of these is screw mounted to the rectifier frame.
