86466-60V 230V S6R MaxPak Plus Rectifier Stack

The 86466-60V is a Reliance Electric MaxPak Plus Rectifier Stack.  This component was also sold under the manufacturing names of Baldor Reliance and ABB.  It can be purchased from AX Control as liquidated never-used surplus or as a used part that has gone through our extensive reconditioning process by our in-house technicians. 

The 86466-60V is designed with four gate coupling boards attached to its upper surface.  Each of these small boards (0-51378-19) has a transformer component along with two sets of terminal pins, resistors, and diodes.  Each board connects to components that are located elsewhere in the Rectifier stack via red and white braided wires.  Some of these wires terminate at one of the four SCR diodes that are mounted between the vertical heat sink stacks and the internal metal carrier that connects all components together.  Heat sinks connect to a half-size, hollow base that has components mounted to its interior, including Dale power resistors, MOVs, and capacitors.
