864660-58S Rectifier Stack
The 864660-58S is a Reliance component manufactured by the company for use within various drive systems. This rectifier stack was also sold under the manufacturing names of Baldor-Reliance and ABB. It is typically available from AX Control as new-used stock and as a reconditioned part that has been inspected and thoroughly refurbished by our in-house AX Control technicians.
The 864660-58S is built on a flat hollow base that has several components mounted to its inside surfaces. Components inside the base include a large polyester vinyl capacitor, dale power resistors, and metal oxide varistors. These connect to other components located elsewhere in the rectifier using surface wired connections. Above the base, two heat sink components are mounted and connected to a central metal carrier. Each heat sink is topped by a small circuit board (0-51378-25) that includes a transformer, terminal pins, diodes, and resistors. Wires attach to the terminal pins from further down in the component.
