86475-11S Reliance Rectifier with Coupler Board
The 86475-11S is a Reliance Electric Rectifier that includes a Coupler Board. This unit is a replacement/renewal part meant to replace part number 69371-10A. The 86475-11S was sold under various manufacturing names including ABB, Reliance Electric, and Baldor-Reliance.
The 86475-11S designed as two heat sinks connected together by bolts with an air gap between. In this air gap, there is a thyristor and a MOV mounted in the module. A small circuit board (0-51378-12) is mounted to the top of one heat sink, and a high voltage capacitor is mounted to the top of the other. The board is populated by a Dale power resistor, a second resistor, diodes, terminal pins with wired connectors, and directly wired connectors.
