S-12011-1T Double Stack Assembly
The S-12011-1T is a Reliance Electric component that is used as a Rectifier Stack. This component is sold by AX Control as a rebuilt used component as well as a liquidated never-used part. The S-12011-1T is a rectifier stack. This component is created from two heat sinks mounted to a center metal carrier and on top of a hollow base, with two circuit board components on top of the heat sinks. There are internal components mounted inside the base, including Dale power resistors and capacitors. The two heat sinks are mounted across an air gap via two bolt components. Within this air gap, there are several components mounted within the unit, including metal oxide varistors and SCR diodes.
The top of each heat sink is populated by an S-47103-2 circuit board. These circuit boards each have a transformer, several resistors, a capacitor, diodes, and terminal pins. Red and white wires connect to these terminal pins from other locations in the stack assembly.
