About the 45C941

The 45C941 unit is a 115 VAC input module that Reliance Electric made for the Shark XL series. In most cases, you will be able to obtain the 45C941 input module from AX Control. The 45C941 input module has two other modules that are very similar to it. There is the 45C940 input module and the 45C942 input module. The 45C941 input module has a total of sixteen channels and has a nominal voltage of either 115 VAC or 230 VAC, depending on the settings you use. The input voltage range for this device is 85 through 264 VAC and the input current is set to 7 mA/100 VAC. The operational states, ON and OFF, have separately rated voltages. The ON voltage is 85 VAC or higher and the OFF voltage is 30 VAC or lower. Whether it is ON to OFF or OFF to ON, the input delay times is exactly the same at 16 ms or lower. This device uses the opto-isolator method of isolation and is UL listed.
