The 45C957 model is a Reliance Electric TTL Input/Output module that was created to be inserted inside of the Shark XL series, which is a set of programmable controllers that are controlled by racks. If you are in need of the 45C957 TTL Input/Output module for your facility, then AX Control is the organization for you. The 45C957 TTL Input/Output module has 16 total inputs and 16 total outputs. The nominal I/O voltage has a range of 4 to 15 VDC, the input voltage when ON is 1.5 VDC or lower, and the input voltage when OFF is 3.5 VDC or higher. The maximum load current sinking is 20 mA per output and the input current sinking is 6 mA at 5 VDC. The maximum leakage current is 50 uA and the input common connection is 16 input points per common terminal. In addition to that, the output common connection is 8 output points per common terminal. This module uses common terminal polarity and the isolation method that is used for this product is opto-isolator.
The external wiring connector varies based on the circumstances. For AWG 22 to 26, you will need to use the Hirose Denki Connector HIF3-2226SC. For AWG 24 to 28, you will need to use the HIF3-2428SC. For the on-board socket, you will need to use the Hirose Denki HIF3C-40D-2.54C. The 45C957 TTL Input/Output module is UL listed.
