About the 45C959
The 45C959 unit is a digital relay output module that was designed by Reliance Electric to be included within the Shark XL series of programmable controllers and associated devices. The 45C959 digital relay output module will usually be in stock at AX Control even though it is no longer being produced by the original manufacturer. Our website was made to show you the availability of all of our products in our stock by visiting their page.
The 45C959 digital relay output module has sixteen channels and its own removable terminal block. To represent its sixteen channels, the 45C959 digital relay output module has sixteen LED indicators at the top of its faceplate. These LED indicators are labeled 0 through 15, as are the terminals themselves down below the LED indicators. There are also two commons, C1 and C2. The terminals 0 through 7 make used of the common C1 and the terminals 8 through 15 make use of the common C2. Keep in mind, however, that the C1 and the C2 commons are not internally connected with each other. Whenever one of the LED indicators are illuminated, then this indicates that the output device is connected with the corresponding terminal and has instructed it to turn on.
The minimal voltage for this device can be 115 VAC, 230 VAC, or 24 VDC depending on the operation in which the 45C959 digital relay output module is engaged. Similarly, the output voltage is at a range of either 21 VDC through 27 VDC or 85 VAC through 264 VAC. The maximum inrush current is 6 Amps for every 100 milliseconds.
