About the S20-X02P3B1000

Reliance Electric manufactures S20-X02P3B1000, a selectable SP200 AC drive wherein the one-phase input can either be 100-120V or 200-240V. This preset speed drive is rated 0.5 HP. The rated input current is 9.4 or 4.7 amperes respectively, the rated output current is 2.3 amperes regardless, and the fuse rating is 15 or 16 amperes or 10 amperes respectively. The circuit breaker rating is 15 or 10 amperes respectively, and the typical power loss is 25 watts regardless.

The display code for a Control Input fault is “CF.” This fault is caused by an illegal control input sequence and can be fixed by only having one input on at a time. The display code for a Function Loss fault is “FL.” This fault is caused by a start attempt while STOP input is off and can be fixed by verifying that the STOP (function loss) input is on before attempting to start the device. The display code for the Under Voltage fault is “LU.” This fault is caused by either a low input line or a temporary loss of the input line. The Under Voltage fault can be fixed by checking the input line to verify that the voltage is operating within the correct specifications. The display code for an Over Voltage fault is “HU.” This fault is caused by a high input line, a too-fast deceleration time, and/or an overhauling load. The Over Voltage fault can be fixed either by increasing decel time or by checking that the input line voltage is operating within the correct specifications.
