About the S20-X02P3C1000
Reliance Electric manufactures S20-X02P3C1000, a selectable SP200 AC drive wherein the one-phase input can either be 100-120V or 200-240V. This Dual Channel Analog drive is rated 0.5 HP. The rated input current is 9.4 or 4.7 amperes respectively, the rated output current is 2.3 amperes regardless, and the fuse rating is 15 or 16 amperes or 10 amperes respectively. The circuit breaker rating is 15 or 10 amperes respectively, and the typical power loss is 25 watts regardless.
The display code for the Drive Overload fault is “dO,” which is caused by excessive driven load. The Drive Overload fault can be fixed by simply reducing the load. The display code for the Motor Overload fault is “OL,” which is caused by excessive driven load. The Motor Overload fault can be fixed by either reducing the load or verifying that P-02 is set correctly. The display code for the Over Temperature fault is “OH.” This fault is caused by a too-hot operating temperature, a blocked or non-operational fan, or excessive driven load. The Over Temperature fault can be fixed by verifying that the ambient temperature is less than 50°, verifying the clearance above and below the drive, checking the fan for obstruction, replacing the fan if necessary, reducing the carrier frequency, or reducing the load. The display code for the Over Current (300%) fault is “OC.” This fault indicates that the shaft rotation is blocked, there is an excessive driven load, or the output wiring is incorrect or shorted. The Over Current fault can be fixed by checking for obstructions to the shaft rotation, reducing excessive load, increasing acceleration and/or deceleration time, or verifying that the output wiring is correct.
