About the S20-X04P2A1000
Reliance Electric manufactures S20-X04P2A1000, a selectable SP200 AC drive wherein the one-phase input can either be 100-120V or 200-240V. This Single Channel Analog drive is rated 1.0 HP. The rated input current is 17.2 or 8.6 amperes respectively, the rated output current is 4.2 amperes regardless, and the fuse rating is 30 amperes or 15 or 16 amperes respectively. The circuit breaker rating is 30 or 15 amperes respectively, and the typical power loss is 45 watts regardless.
The display code for the Bad Keypad Connection fault is “CL.” To fix the bad connection between the keypad and the drive, verify that the keypad is properly connected. The display code for the Microprocessor Fault is “UP,” and it indicates an internal processor error. To fix this fault, cycle the drive power. If a fault persists, replace the drive. The display code for the Checksum Failure fauls is “CH.” The fault indicates that the parameter value is out of range. Fix this fault by loading the default parameter values and cycling the drive power. If the fault persists, replace the drive. A ground short in Phase U, V, or W can be fixed by verifying that the output wiring is correct, verifying that the output phase is not grounded, and/or verifying that the motor is not damaged. The display code for a Phase U ground short is “J1.” The display code for a Phase V ground short is “J2.” The display code for a Phase W ground short is “J3.” A phase-to-phase short can be fixed by verifying that the output wiring is correct and/or verifying that the motor is not damaged. The display code for a Phase U-V short is “J4.” The display code for a Phase U-W short is “J5.” The display code for a Phase V-W short is “J6.”
