Reliance Electric manufactures S20-X04P2C1000, a selectable SP200 AC drive wherein the one-phase input can either be 100-120V or 200-240V. This Dual Channel Analog drive is rated 1.0 HP. The rated input current is 17.2 or 8.6 amperes respectively, the rated output current is 4.2 amperes regardless, and the fuse rating is 30 amperes or 15 or 16 amperes respectively. The circuit breaker rating is 30 or 15 amperes respectively, and the typical power loss is 45 watts regardless.
The LED light on the SP200 drive defaults to green, which indicates that there is no fault condition on the drive. When a fault condition is present and the local keypad is attached, the LED stays continuously red. When a fault condition is present and the local keypad is NOT attached, the LED flashes red. To reset a fault condition, cycle the reset control input, press the STOP key, or cycle the drive power. Do not perform these actions until Corrective Actions have been performed to correct the fault. The Corrective action table can be found in the SP200 AC Drive Quick Start Guide. The user must be considered qualified electrical personnel in order to attempt to correct a fault. The Remote Keypad, which may be installed within cable range of the drive, operates the drive controls. Via this keypad, the user may clear drive faults, jog the drive, and start and stop the drive. Direction of the motor rotation may also be altered with the Remote Keypad, along with the local speed reference of the drive.
