Reliance Electric manufactures S20-Y07P0A1000, a SP200 AC drive that is 7.17 in (height) x 2.95 in (width) x 1.87 in (depth). This drive weighs 0.8 kg and has a one-phase 200-240V input and a three-phase 230V output. 7.0A (2.0 HP) is the drive rating. This drive offers a variety of protection features, including an undervoltage trip, an overvoltage trip, DC bus protection, an overload trip, an IOC trip, an overtemperature trip, phase to phase fault detection, and phase to ground fault detection. The drive also offers feed-through top to bottom power wiring and spring-loaded terminal signal wiring.
Three different keypads may be installed for use with this drive. The Local Keypad is so named because it can be installed directly in the face of the drive and can either be left installed for easy access to drive parameters or removed to decrease the necessary clearance left around the drive. The CopyCat Keypad is designed for simple setup of multiple drives with the same parameters. While each drive must be set up one at time, the CopyCat Keypad makes copying drive parameters an easy task, without the user having to cycle through each setting one by one. The Remote Keypad must be installed within 1-5 meters of the drive and is designed to be handheld or mounted for ease of use. When installing the Remote Keypad, remember to fasten the attached cable out of the way of other equipment and/or the path users must take to operate and maintain the drive.
