About the 1SU41002
1SU41002 is an SP500 drive that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. This drive has a rated horsepower of 2.0 HP and is contained in a NEMA 1 or chassis style enclosure. The rated voltage is 380-460 VAC. The enclosure size for this drive is size B. The dimensions of Enclosure B are 301.7 mm (11.88 in) (H) x 160.1 mm (6.3 in) (D) x 222.3 mm (8.75 in) (W). The weight of enclosure B is 5.4 kg (12 lb).
A number of fault codes help the user identify faults on the drive. OC is the code for the overcurrent (steady state) fault. This fault can be caused by a variety of things, and each problem has its own associated solution. If there is an output phase-to-phase short, check the isolation between each output line. If there is a bus voltage line-to-line, check the transistor modules for a correct output. (If the output is incorrect, there is a possible board defect and the board must be replaced. If the Hall effect current sensor is defective, it must be replaced.) If there is a ground fault, check the isolation between ground and output terminals. (If there is a possible leakage current sensor defect, replace the sensor.) If there is a momentary overload, reduce the load on the motor. If the motor is bad, check the motor for correct operation. If the torque boost / V/Hz is too high, check parameters H.001, H.002, and/or H.003. If the motor is unknown to the regulator, check that the regulator was updated with the actual motor characteristics via an Identification Request (H.020). If the encoder is wired incorrectly, or there is incorrect PPR, correct the encoder wiring or perform vector self-tuning, respectively.
