This fault is caused by either excess motor current, excess load on the motor, or a loss of a phase connection. In order to correct this fault, check the motor nameplate amps, check that the motor is sized correctly, reduce load on the motor, and/or check the output lines to the motor. OPL is the code for the motor output phase loss fault. This fault is caused by a phase lost between the drive and the motor. In order to correct this fault, check the connections and cable of all three phases and motor windings. Replace any damaged cable. OSP is the code for the overspeed (vector only) fault. This fault is caused by an RPM above 130% Maximum Speed, and the speed regulator response is not optimized. In order to correct this fault, check the encoder PPR, the motor poles, the base frequency, the motor nameplate rpm speed, the reg. proportional, and the integral gain.
