About the 1SU51010
1SU51010 is an SP500 drive that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. This drive has a 575 VAC and is enclosed in a NEMA 1 or chassis enclosure. The horsepower rating is 10.0 HP. There are 6 alarm codes that may appear on the drive display for only as long as the problem exists. HIdc is the code for the high DC bus voltage alarm. This alarm will occur if the DC bus is charged above the trip threshold. In order to correct this problem, check the actual line voltage against U.018, install an isolation transformer if the AC input is not within specification, install the optional snubber resistor braking kit, or increase the deceleration time in P.002, P.018.
I-Ac is the code for the V/Hz identification procedure active alarm. This alarm will occur when the V/Hz identification procedure is enabled and in progress. In order to clear this alarm, allow the identification procedure to finish, or cancel the procedure by pressing STOP/RESET on the keypad. I-En is the code for the V/Hz identification procedure alarm. This alarm will occur when the V/Hz identification procedure has been enabled but not started. To allow this procedure to begin, start the drive. Change H.020 to OFF in order to cancel the procedure. LIL is the code for the low AC input line alarm. Correct this alarm by adjusting the line voltage parameter to match the actual AC line voltage. S-Ac is the code for the vector self-tuning active alarm. This alarm will occur when vector self-tuning is enabled and in progress. Either allow the procedure to finish or cancel the procedure by pressing STOP/RESET on the keypad. S-En is the code for the vector self-tuning enabled alarm. Start the drive to begin the vector self-tuning procedure. To cancel the procedure, change U.008 to OFF.
