Product Description

1SU54002 is an SP500 drive that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. This drive has a 575 VAC and is enclosed in a NEMA 4X (indoor only)/NEMA 12 enclosure. The horsepower rating is 2.0 HP. This SP500 drive is contained in a size B enclosure. The dimensions of Enclosure B are 301.7 mm (11.88 in) (H) x 160.1 mm (6.3 in) (D) x 222.3 mm (8.75 in) (W). The weight of enclosure B is 5.4 kg (12 lb).

The drive may display a number of fault codes in order to indicate that a fault has occurred. CHS is the code for the default parameter restore fault (checksum error). This fault is caused by a regulator board failure during drive operation. In order to correct this fault, replace the regulator board. If replacing the regulator board does not correct the fault, contact the supplier. EC is the code for the earth current failure fault (ground fault). This fault is caused by unintentional grounding. In order to correct this fault, check the isolation between the ground and the output terminals. If there is possible leakage or current sensor defects, the sensor must be replaced to correct the fault. EEr is the code for the non-volatile memory write failure fault. This fault is caused by a failure of the drive to write to non-volatile memory.. In order to correct this fault, upload parameters via CS3000 software, or record parameters by hand. Then replace the regulator board. Remember that when the power is cycled after replacing the regulator board, parameter values will be lost.
