About the 2DB2005

2DB2005 is a Low Energy Snubber Resistor Braking Kit for 1SU2xxxx SP500 Reliance Electric drives. This automatic voltage level kit must be kept at a non-condensing relative humidity below 90%. In order to purchase the right size snubber resistor, measure the peak and average regeneration power of the kit application. This kit is an optional addition to the drive and is also referred to as a dynamic braking kit. Do not operate the kit unless you are qualified electrical personnel. This snubber resistor kit has a NEMA 1 enclosure and cannot under any circumstances be exposed to dust or corrosive gas.
