The Vectrive AC Servo drives are a series of Reliance Electric Ltd products. The Vectrive AC Servo drives were built as a set of vector frequency modular units. The Vectrive AC line is outfitted with a series of components to achieve the waveform pulse-width modifying. There is an intelligent power module integrated into each unit in this lineup, as well as a set of insular gate, bipolar transistor modules.
This unit is designated as the ACDA-16-UR-004, and is outfitted with the Reliance Vectrive standard series of components for vector based functionality and network communication. This includes a duo of converter and inverter units, as well as a relay feedback module. The Vectrive models are also outfitted with a portioned-off section of hardware for motor control.
The Vectrive AC Servos come pre-installed with their original operating system, a software known as Zterm. Zterm is a Windows based OS system, and is able to be accessed in two methods in order to control the ACDA-16-UR-004. There is a terminal pad integrated into the front of the unit, and there can also be a remote terminal PC, which can serve as a host connection.
The ACDA-16-UR-004 module is designed to be installed in a standard control cabinet, free from environmental deterrents or corrosives such as oil mist, metal powder, dust and other damaging materials. It has the similar design of all the other Vectrive AC Servo models, with a metal protective casing, with a gray paint finish.
