About the VC-203A
This unit is designated as the VC-203A module, outfitted with an array of vector applications, including regulation and alteration. The VC-203A is one of the many units in the Vectrive AC Servo lineup. This lineup is a series of drives that were originally manufactured and produced by Reliance Electric Ltd. The production was done by their electromechanical division of products. The Vectrive AC Servos are now regarded as obsolete materials and are only available as used hardware. Fortunately, the VC-203A and the rest of the Vectrive models are in stock here at AX Control Inc.
The VC-203A unit is designed with a series of components to effectively alter and morph the vector frequency for the proper applications needed within the specific environment it is integrated into. The equipment includes an intelligent power module, as well as a set of IBGT units, or insulated gate bipolar transistors units. These components work together in order to modulate the waveform via a sinusoidal pulse.
The other internal hardware that the VC-203A is included with is a converter and inverter unit, and a hardware-portioned motor.
To successfully operate the VC-203A module, the Vectrive AC Servos come with a pre-installed, Windows-based OS system, known as Zterm. The Zterm OS is able to be accessed via the integrated VZ3000 operator terminal, or by a remote PC hookup.
The VC-203A module is available from AX Control Inc. and our inventory of reconditioned hardware. Each piece of hardware is covered automatically by our industrial protection warranty.
