The Vectrive AC Servo line is widely available from AX Control Inc. Our inventory of used, fully optimized and repaired hardware features this Reliance Electric set of devices, and several other modules and attachments for these units as well.
The Vectrive AC Servo series are an array of vector control AC drive, outfitted with variable frequency components that are able to alter the waveform to create several vector applications. This lineup is outfitted with an intelligent power module, as well as a set of IGBTs, or insulated gate bipolar transistors. This allows for the unit to operate for a wide range of flexible vector based functions.
Internally, the Vectrive AC Servos are designed with a dual inverter and converter pair of units, a hardware-portioned motor. The programming that successfully and effectively runs the Vectrive system is known as Zterm. It was designed as a Windows-based OS system.
The VC-205A is outfitted with an integrated terminal pad, which allows the operator to alter the direction of the unit and access data, it is possible to achieve the same outcome with a remote network hookup, and have a PC as a host terminal.
The VC-205A is powered by an operational 3-Phase intake of up to 220 volts, or 50 to 60 hertz. The protective metal case around these models is rated with a NEMA 4X/12 grade, to protect from any accidental trauma or invasive materials.
