About the VC-211A
VC-211A
This device is one of the several units in the Vectrive AC Servo drive series. These units were designed, developed and built as products available from Reliance Electric Ltd, which is no longer the case. The Vectrive AC Servos are an out-of-production line of materials, only available as used equipment from industrial automation suppliers such AX Control Inc.
The Reliance Vectrive AC series was built as a line of products responsible for the several industrial vector applications needed for regulation and alteration. These devices are outfitted with specialized hardware for that function. The sinusoidal pulse-width modulated waveform is utilized by the internal IPM (intelligent power module), and this unit is also outfitted with an array of IBGTs (insulated gate bipolar transistors) to also handle the capabilities to do so.
Listed here is one of these units; the VC-211A module. The VC-211A unit is outfitted with the standard Vectrive hardware, which each is identified by their designation numerals etched into their nameplates. The internal components include a converter and inverter module, a hardware-portioned motor, and a relay feedback system.
The VC-211A has a power capacity of 11 kW, and is powered by a power intake ranging from 200 to 220 volts, or 50 to 60 hertz. The dimensions of the Vectrive series overall are 15 inches in height, 15 inches in width, and 19 inches in depth (381 mm x 381 mm x 483 mm).
The Vectrive AC Servos come fully repaired and reconditioned, and optimized. They still include the Reliance Electric software, Zterm, designed for vector functionality, and created with a Windows-based Operating System.
